Hip dysplasia is undoubtedly an abnormality with the hip joint which often can cause crippling lameness and arthritis. The cats mostly affected with hip dysplasia are generally males on the larger, massive-boned breeds including Persians and Maine Coons. The relatively smaller size and pounds of cats routinely ends in signs or symptoms which can be
